RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns on orders that have been placed. However, if you have any concerns regarding this matter, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to resolve the issue and make this work. Our main priority is ensuring our customers remain happy and satisfied with their purchase and our services.

ORDER ISSUES

If you encounter any problems with your order, such as not receiving it, damage, defective, or any other concerns, please send us an email immediately at info@artbymirna.com to work together and make this right. We want to ensure you are a pleased and returning customer.

Please note, once an order is shipped out, Art by Mirna will not be held liable nor responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. Therefore, please inspect your order upon receiving it and notify us of any concerns.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges if you change your mind after the order has been placed. However, if there is anything wrong with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we may find a solution together. Keeping our customers delighted is a must!

If you receive an order that doesn’t look identical to the order in the picture, please remember that no two products will ever look the same as they are handmade and hand poured. That’s why art is so unique, as each and every one of you will own a piece no one else has!

Outside of Canada Customers

If you are an international buyer, please note that the customer is responsible for paying any additional costs applied such as import duties, taxes, and custom clearance fees. Art By Mirna will not be held responsible for any additional costs nor will such charges be added to your final order.

Refunds

Art by Mirna takes pride in our handmade, unique artistry products, and strives to create each piece with caution, love, and care. Therefore, in the rare circumstance that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please don’t hesitate to contact us right away at info@artbymirna.com.

We will issue a full refund, exchange or store credit once we receive and inspect the damaged product.

Any products sent back to us without first contacting us to request a return will not be accepted, and therefore we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to cover any shipping costs.

We do not accept exchanges/returns on any custom/personalized products.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
